The second option is to physically go to the airline or airport’s customer care help desk to make direct verbal enquiries to the Staff on duty which is another reliable source of getting reliable air travel information. Most times, a leaflet containing the airline’s information with more details is made available on request. This type of information is good and handy enough to make plans for any air travel. For flight information regarding airlines and airport services, this can be made through the provided help lines made available to the public. Although airports do relay live voice information to travelers through the public loud speakers installed in its arrival and departure lounges and through digital screens that display such flight information, there is also room for enquiries through their website’s email forms which address questions that do not require one’s presence at the customer care desks.

Usually, there are forms made available at strategic points in and around the offices of most airlines and airports. This is another way of contacting the management to forward feedbacks or complaints concerning any issue. Some airlines or airports make provision for such feedback with regular surveys where customers use the opportunity to express grievances. It is advisable to participate in such voluntary exercises because it helps ensure that we passengers are well served to our satisfaction and indirectly contributes to our having access to airline and other relevant information we need.
